Key Responsibilities

1. Target Achievement & Sales Performance

? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

? Drive product dilution from Distributors/Super Stockists.

? Increase active counters and pet shops stocking the products.

? Ensure product availability and visibility in all assigned markets.

? Ensure timely payment collection from distributors

2. Team Coordination & Execution Discipline

? Conduct daily coordination meetings with the ASM.

? Follow the tour plan and Beat Plans without deviation.

? Ensure smooth communication between sales teams, distributors, and internal departments.

3. Market Penetration & Expansion

? Conduct regular market visits to understand customer and consumer needs.

? Analyse competitor trends and share insights with ASM.

? Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and gather regular feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
