Job Details:Designation: Business Executive Job Location: Shimla, Amritsar, Kovilpatti, Kannur Role Objective: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Executives with a strong background in OTC (Over-the-Counter) products to drive sales, strengthen customer relationships, and expand OTC business in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling medical stores and OTC product promotions. Key Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for OTC products in the assigned territory.- Drive secondary sales by ensuring product availability and visibility at retail and medical stores.- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, retailers, distributors, and stockists.- Provide product knowledge, promotional support, and ensure effective brand visibility at the point of sale.- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.- Ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and trade promotions.- Conduct product placement, visibility checks, and ensure planogram compliance at medical stores.- Monitor competitor activities and share regular market intelligence.- Maintain proper records of sales, collections, and stock levels.- Submit timely daily/weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager.- Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and procedures.- Coordinate with the distribution team for timely supply and stock replenishment.- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain) to support business growth.Eligibility Criteria:Age: 32-33 yearsQualification: Any Graduate (mandatory)Experience: Candidates must be from OTC background only (ref:updazz.com)
