Plan and implement sales strategies, product promotions and schemes to achieve targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead platforms.
Arrange online/offline meetings with potential clients and convert them into customers.
Ensure product availability for sales and demonstrations.
Handle customer complaints and objections in a professional manner.
Coordinate with dispatch team for billing and timely delivery of products.
Maintain MIS reports and share on time.
Achieve sales targets within approved budgets and timelines
Requirements
Freshers to 2 years of sales experience in Pharma / Healthcare / related sector.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
