Job Title: Sales Officer (Steel - TMT Bars)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Sales Officer

to support regional sales of

TMT Bars

across Haryana. The candidate must be good in client dealing, territory visits, and lead follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate sales for TMT Bars in the assigned Haryana region.

Visit dealers, distributors, and project sites for follow-ups.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and onboard new customers.

Understand pricing, customer requirements, and support negotiation.

Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads. Track competitor activity and provide feedback to the team.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily reporting.

Requirements:

2-5 years of sales experience (steel/ferrous/TMT industry preferred).

Good communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills.

Must be comfortable with field work and frequent travel within Haryana.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and responsible.
