Key Responsibilities:
Visit medical stores, pharmacies, and healthcare outlets on a daily basis to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
Generate sales as per monthly and quarterly targets assigned.
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with pharmacists, retailers, and distributors.
Ensure proper product visibility and availability at medical stores.
Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payments.
Conduct product detailing to pharmacists and explain product benefits.
Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the reporting manager.
Participate in promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility in the market.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in pharmaceutical or medical sales (mandatory).
Bachelor's Graduate in Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
