Key Responsibilities1. Modern Trade Sales & Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets in Modern Trade (MT).
Handle listings, promotions, product displays & visibility at MT stores.
Ensure regular secondary sales and fill-rate targets are achieved.
2. Store Operations Management
Build strong relationships with store managers, category buyers & staff.
Ensure timely order booking, replenishment & stock availability.
Monitor expiry, breakage & returns; ensure zero stock-outs.
3. Merchandising & Visibility
Ensure proper planogram execution for Prabhu Shriram products.
Maintain premium shelf visibility for Agarbatti, Dhoop & Temple products.
Track and implement promotions, offers, and branding activities.
4. Market Research & Competition Tracking
Track pricing, visibility, and activity of competing brands.
Identify new MT chains and expansion opportunities.
5. Data Reporting & Analysis
Maintain daily sales reports (DSR), store visit reports, and promotion activity updates.
Share weekly and monthly sales performance MIS with management.
6. Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with distributors, warehouse teams & MT chain coordinators.
Ensure smooth execution of events, sampling, and in-store branding.
Key Skills Required
MT sales experience preferred (Agarbatti, FMCG, Household, Pooja products).
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of MT operations, billing, payouts & claim management.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.
Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
Qualification
Graduate.
2-3 years of FMCG/Modern Trade sales experience.
Salary
As per industry standards + incentives.
