To promote products and services to customers, negotiate contracts, and maximize profits.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve pre-agreed sales targets and develop solutions to maintain strong retailer/distributor relationships within the assigned territory.
Visit assigned market daily and place orders using company-specified applications.
Stay informed about industry trends and engage customers to address their business challenges.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly individual sales goals.
Build a repeat-business customer base to regularly communicate upcoming events and drive additional sales.
Ensure product displays meet brand standards and guidelines.
Negotiate and close deals, handling customer complaints or objections professionally.
Ensure timely collection of payments to maintain control over receivables.
Cross-sell and upsell across all product categories.
Identify and develop new market opportunities.
Assemble stock for daily delivery according to orders placed after market visits.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Graduation (Bachelor's degree)
3 to 4 years of sales experience
