Undertake product marketing in appointed area of operations by conducting client meeting, issuing pamphlets, and other methods.
New Borrower Identification and Induction:
Identify potential new group and individual borrowers.
Conduct a thorough introduction of the organization and its products and services to potential clients.
Assist borrowers in group formation.
Information for Credit Bureau:
Information as required for credit bureau check is collected from the prospective client and shared with back office in the specified format.
Documentation:
Verify and collect relevant KYC documents (proof of identity and address) from the prospective clients as per Credit policy.
Fix appointment for CGT at Client's house and complete the loan application form and cash flow form as per Credit policy in presence of the Applicant and Co-Applicant.
Ensure that the documentation is successfully process on further sanction stage as per the procedures in the Credit policy.
Support Loan Assessment:
The loan assessment (GRT process) is conducted by the Branch Head based on the CGT based and other related documents updated in the system.
Loan Disbursement:
Ensure that on the day of disbursement, the member has received their loan card with detailed repayment schedule.
Ensure that all Applicant & Co-Applicant have signed the Loan Agreement.
Re-confirm that the Applicant & Co-Applicant both have understood the repayment terms and conditions and schedule properly.
Delinquency (OD) Follow-up:
Get the list of delinquent (OD) members from Branch and Follow up with delinquent borrowers.
