Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG wholesale sales, with proven experience in managing distributors, wholesalers, and general trade channels. You will be responsible for developing and expanding wholesale networks, strengthening relationships with key partners, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets within the wholesale and general trade segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and stockists to ensure sustained business growth. Expand the wholesale network by identifying and onboarding new partners in key territories. Conduct regular visits and business reviews with wholesale accounts to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and effective promotions at wholesale points. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Negotiate pricing, margins, and credit terms to secure profitable business deals. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Support and guide junior sales staff or field representatives to improve coverage and performance in wholesale markets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
