Agri-based Loans, Housing Loans, SME Loans
, and other financial products. The role requires strong client relationship skills, sales acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of the loan products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers for various loan products (Agriculture, Housing, SME, etc.)
Identification and onboarding of BD's ( Business dealers) who will help they to generate the leads.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and loan presentations to prospective clients.
Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to clients.
Assist clients with loan applications and documentation processes.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
Achieve assigned sales targets for loan products.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in loan sales (Agri-based Loans, Housing Loans, SME Loans preferred).
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
Preferred
Experience with NBFCs, banks, or microfinance institutions.
Knowledge of local markets and customer base.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
