Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Business Development - Achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, promote products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and ensure visibility across counters. - Channel Management - Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network, monitor stock levels, conduct product training and motivation sessions. - Market Intelligence - Gather competitor data, track market trends, and provide feedback for strategy improvement. - Sales Promotion & Marketing - Plan and execute dealer meets, trade schemes, and promotional campaigns with effective merchandising. - Customer Relationship & Support - Maintain strong relations with contractors, address complaints, and conduct product demos.
