Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory planning and market development activities.
Develop, manage, and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network within the assigned territory.
Ensure timely order booking, product availability, and smooth execution of sales operations.
Follow up on outstanding payments and support proper credit and collection management as per company norms.
Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and regular field visits to promote products and provide basic technical support.
Execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing programs in coordination with the marketing team.
Maintain accurate daily field visit records, sales reports, and market feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and schemes.
