We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to handle institutional visits, field operations, and student acquisition activities across Kerala. The role includes conducting student sessions, attending events, engaging with communities, and consistently generating leads for the admissions team. A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per the planned route
Conduct student sessions, workshops, and awareness programs
Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners
Collect accurate student/parent information and update it in the CRM
Support offline branding activities including posters, brochures, and standees
Develop and maintain local agent networks and referral channels
Generate high-quality leads through field visits and community engagement
Participate in expos, fairs, campus events, and public programs
Identify partnership opportunities with institutions and local businesses
Review event performance and support lead conversion
Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-ups
Promote walk-ins to centers through targeted field activities
Maintain daily logs of visits, events, and leads
Submit daily/weekly/monthly activity reports
Assist internal teams during campaigns and outreach programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in sales, field operations, or BTL marketing
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to independently manage travel, events, and field activities
Comfortable with extensive travel and achieving monthly targets
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Self-introduction video submission is mandatory
