Qualifications and Skills



Education: Ideal Candidate should be any degree/diploma holder proven experience in sales in a related field is preferred. Plus-two holders with relevant industry experience and market knowledge will also be considered. Experience: 2-3 years in a sales role, ideally in building materials or related industries.

Skills:



Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM and sales management applications. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Attributes:



Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven and willing to learn. Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to digital tools for reporting. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
