About the Company: Kolkata based manufacturer of Industrial stabilisers and dealing in UPS systems across West bengal and other eastern states. Website - www.optoinst.com Roles and Responsibilities: Regular tracking of Warranty Expiry from installed base and contacting and visiting the customers for offereing service maintenance (AMC) contracts. Discussing with the customers regarding benefits of having AMC and also attending to technical discussions, thereby closing the deal and generating new business. Keeping track of expiry of exisiting AMC contracts and connecting with the customers for timely renewal thereby generating continuous running business. Negotiation with the clients for the rates and other terms and other quotations. Follow up with the customers to convert proposals into confirm orders and receiving PO and payments from them. Coordinate with service team for client service issues. Maintain continuous and positive client relationships by regularly interacting with them. Visit at least 5 customers a day to push for confirmation of Orders or collection of payments. Graduate with 2 wheeler preferrable. Any technical degree or diploma will be given priority Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 910,000.00 - 915,000.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:
