Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of products at retail outlets.
Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Execute promotional plans and trade marketing activities to increase sales and market share.
Regularly visit the market to collect feedback, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and stock levels.
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
