, we are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to expand our footprint in the FMCG market. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about field sales, relationship building, and achieving growth targets in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow the prescribed daily route plan and visit all assigned outlets.
Achieve company-set targets for daily productive sales calls and lines per day.
Open new retail outlets and ensure consistent service to all existing ones.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and monitor progress.
Perform basic calculations for accurate scheme execution.
Increase product presence at counters via upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Ensure accurate order booking, billing, and timely delivery to retailers.
Coordinate with distributor support staff for seamless order fulfillment.
Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers to drive loyalty.
Resolve queries and concerns from retailers promptly and effectively.
Conduct basic merchandising such as product displays and rack placements.
Monitor and report competitor activities, including promotions and new launches.
Use the company's application for order punching and data tracking.
Submit daily sales and market reports to the Territory Sales Manager.
1-3 years in FMCG sales or a similar field role.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for scheme calculations.
Comfortable using sales apps and reporting tools.
