Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
Promote and sell travel services, including corporate travel packages, group tours, and customized solutions.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor offerings.
Support sales strategy development and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and forecasts in CRM systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, bookings, and feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and travel regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and corporate travel trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
