Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective clients as per the scheduled field plan
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
Present products/services clearly and confidently to potential customers
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business networks
Support marketing activities by distributing brochures, posters, and promotional materials
Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve sales strategies
Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, leads, and conversions
Participate in campaigns, events, and exhibitions to increase brand presence
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage field travel effectively
Target-driven, self-motivated, and consistent with follow-ups
Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an advantage
