Job Description


We are looking for a proactive

Sales Officer

to manage field sales operations, build customer relationships, and drive business growth. This role involves client visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Visit prospective clients according to the field schedule Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals Present products/services clearly and professionally to potential clients Convert leads into sales and meet monthly revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business contacts Support marketing efforts by distributing brochures, posters, and promotional materials Collect customer feedback and provide insights for strategy improvement Maintain accurate CRM records of visits, leads, and conversions Participate in campaigns, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory) 0-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage field travel efficiently Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-ups Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
