Key Responsibilities
Visit prospective customers as per the planned daily field schedule
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local market activities
Present products/services clearly and confidently to potential customers
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business contacts
Support promotional activities by distributing brochures, posters, and marketing materials
Collect customer feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions in the CRM
Participate in field campaigns, events, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales performance reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory)
0-3 years of experience in field sales or marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage field travel efficiently
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-ups
Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital communication platforms is an added advantage
