Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive and manage sales operations in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the market, onboarding new clients, managing distributors/dealers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand Cocoacraft's sales network across Kerala.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle existing distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
Identify and appoint new distributors in untapped areas.
Ensure proper visibility, placement, and availability of products in stores.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for order processing, promotions, and collections.
Prepare regular market feedback and competitor analysis reports.
Requirements
Experience: 2-5 years in FMCG/Food/Beverage Sales (preferably chocolate, confectionery, or premium food products).
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing preferred).
Skills:
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Strong relationship management
? Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively across Kerala and Coimbatore.
? Proficiency in Malayalam and English
