Sales Engagement and Nurturing Executive

This position is designed for an emergency and driven individual responsible for lead engagement, meticulous nurturing through the sales funnel, and preparing deals for final closure with the help of a senior team member. A high level of experience is not required.

Experience 1-3 years of direct sales, customer service, or lead nurturing experience. Fresh graduates with proven high drive and excellent interpersonal skills may be considered. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
Preferred Profile Gender: Open. Age: 22-28 years.
Specifics: Highly motivated, excellent listener, empathetic, persistent follow-up skills, and quick learner.
Key Targets/ Outcomes Daily: 5-10 productive customer engagements (calls/visits/follow-ups).
Weekly: Progress 15-20 active leads to the next stage of the funnel.
Monthly: Maintain a 30% lead-to-opportunity conversion rate. Successfully assist in the closure of 2 projects.

Reporting Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales Training Focus In-depth company product/project portfolio, advanced sales funnel management, objection handling techniques, and continuous mentorship from the senior closing team. Nurturing Mechanism Clear, measurable path to a Senior Sales/Closure role within 12-18 months. Performance bonus based on deals assisted in closure. Direct mentorship program with senior team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
