Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing leads to explain domestic and international tour packages.
Make proactive outbound (cold) calls to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up effectively on leads to convert them into bookings.
Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
Handle online marketplace leads and assign them to appropriate Travel Consultants.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide customers with updated package details, pricing, and itineraries.
Achieve daily and monthly sales, conversion, and call volume targets.
Maintain knowledge of company travel products, promotions, and destinations.
Provide regular feedback to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism / BBA preferred).
0-4 years of experience in
Travel Sales
,
Student Counselling
,
EdTech
, or
Automobile Sales
preferred.
Excellent English communication skills (Conversational Hindi/Malayalam preferred).
Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
Proven consistency in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
