Manage relationships with key modern trade clients. Ensure stock availability, shelf visibility, and brand standards, Coordinate with buyers and store managers for offers/promotions, monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement, Handle billing, claims, and product listing at outlet level.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
2.Customer Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
Conduct regular visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
3.Order & Stock Management
Ensure timely order placement and delivery.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain to prevent stockouts.
4.Market Intelligence
Collect competitor information on pricing, promotions, and product launches.
Share insights with the marketing and sales team for strategic decisions.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in FMCG sales (minimum 1 year).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple outlets or store visits daily
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Valid two-wheeler license preferred.
