Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to maintain relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Schedule appointments and conduct in-person meetings with customers to showcase our product portfolio and discuss their needs. Create and deliver clear presentations highlighting the benefits and features of our white goods accessories. Generate accurate quotes and negotiate competitive pricing with customers. Process customer orders efficiently and ensure all information is entered accurately in our systems. Manage customer accounts, including collections and follow-up on outstanding payments. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their business. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain strong relationships with our network of white goods suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
