to join our growing team in Ernakulam. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of aluminium roofing sheet products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Ernakulam region for aluminium roofing sheet products.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, dealers, contractors, and builders.
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions related to aluminium roofing sheets.
Conduct regular market visits to identify competitors, market trends, and new project opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by developing strategic sales plans.
Follow up on inquiries and leads from digital platforms, phone calls, and walk-ins.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, accounts) to ensure timely product delivery.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials or aluminium products.
Good knowledge of aluminium roofing products and their applications is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.
