at TOSTEM Windows, you will be responsible for driving sales of our premium window solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills, backed by proven sales experience in the building materials or related industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Client Relations:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs.
Product Expertise:
Gain in-depth knowledge of TOSTEM products and present them effectively.
Market Awareness:
Stay updated on competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
Deal Closing:
Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently.
Reporting:
Keep accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity records.
Collaboration:
Work with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies.
Qualifications
MBA / B.Tech / Architecture experience (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of total professional experience.
At least 2 years of proven sales experience in a related field (windows, building materials, construction, or similar industry).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid driver's license preferred.
