We are hiring dynamic and driven Sales Officers to join our growing Solar Division. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. You will actively generate leads, educate customers on the benefits of solar, and close deals. This is a field-based role with excellent earning potential and fast-tracked career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell rooftop solar systems to individual and business customers.
Conduct field visits, cold calls, and community engagement to generate leads.
Provide detailed information about solar products, government subsidies, and financing options.
Convert leads into successful sales through effective follow-up and communication.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant solar policies.
Skills Required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve high earnings
Willingness to work in the field and interact directly with customers
Quick learner with a strong interest in renewable energy
Basic computer and mobile app usage skills
Experience & Qualification
Education:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (with minimum 60% marks - mandatory)
Experience:
At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
Experience in
Solar, Telecom, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate, or other field sales
is an advantage
Other Requirements:
Must own a
two-wheeler
and possess a
valid driving license
