The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products/services to customers. This includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Promote and sell products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research and gather feedback on products and services.
Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order processing, and customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery.
Participate in promotional activities and campaigns as required.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of sales experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
Basic computer skills
