Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Officer

to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Assist clients in buying and selling, ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. Conduct market research to identify property value, competitive pricing, and current trends Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Arrange and conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers and investors. Provide clients with guidance and advice on legal requirements, financing options, and market conditions. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and deals in CRM software. Meet or exceed sales targets set by management. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
