The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, expanding distribution networks, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies to achieve the company's business objectives in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Ensure product availability and visibility in retail counters and modern trade outlets.
Monitor and improve secondary sales through field visits and market intelligence.
Execute trade schemes, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, gather feedback, and build brand visibility.
Manage the order-to-payment cycle effectively.
Maintain accurate sales reports and share periodic updates with reporting managers.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to territory growth.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of sales experience in the home appliances.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Market and product knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Result-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
