to manage and grow our business in

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers in the assigned territory Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base Ensure product visibility and availability at retail points Monitor competitor activities and market trends Collect payments and manage order cycles efficiently Submit daily sales reports to the management

Candidate Requirements:

1-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry (mandatory) Good communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with local market and distribution network Self-motivated and target-driven Willingness to travel within Western Odisha Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

What We Offer:

Fixed Salary: ?15,000 - ?18,000 per month Travelling Allowance (TA) Dearness Allowance (DA) Growth opportunities within the company
