Sales Officer - Distribution Network Development (Loan Products)

Location: Balasore District, Mayurbhanj District, Kendujhar - Odisha, Varanasi, Deoghar, East & West Singhbhum

Job Type: Full-time



We are hiring a Sales Officer to expand and strengthen our loan product distribution network. The role focuses on primary sales through onboarding new Distributors & Super Distributors and driving secondary sales via loan product sourcing such as:

oPersonal Loans (PL)

oBusiness Loans (BL)

oLoan Against Property (LAP)

oHome Loans

The candidate will conduct regular market visits, train and support channel partners and ensure smooth sourcing & documentation.

Responsibilities

Primary Sales: Onboarding new Distributors & Super Distributors.

Secondary Sales: Generating loan business through channel partners (PL, BL, LAP, HL).

Support channel partners in documentation, compliance, and customer onboarding.

Coordinate with Area Sales Manager for sales planning & target achievement.

Requirements

oGraduate in any discipline.

o1-2 years of experience in field sales / distribution development / BFSI preferred.

oKnowledge of retail loan products (PL, BL, LAP, HL) will be an advantage.

oStrong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.

oMust own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence.

oWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned districts.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:?1,80,000 - ?2,00,000 per annum
Travel Expense:Reimbursement as per company policy
