The Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales and distribution of Cocoguru products in the assigned territory. The role involves managing retail outlets and distributors, executing sales plans, ensuring product availability and visibility, and achieving assigned monthly targets through consistent field work.
Key Responsibilities
Retail (Secondary Sales)
Visit assigned retail outlets daily as per beat plan
Ensure product availability, freshness, and proper shelf placement
Collect secondary orders from retailers
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and schemes
Address retailer issues related to supply, pricing, and visibility
Submit daily sales and market feedback reports
Distributor (Primary Sales)
Physically verify stock at distributor godown
Plan and place primary orders based on secondary sales and stock levels
Ensure FIFO is followed at distributor level
Follow up on distributor payments as per agreed terms
Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely supply to retailers
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduation completed
Experience: 2-5 years in FMCG field sales preferred
Location: As per assigned territory (local candidate preferred)
Language: Local language proficiency (Kannada / Tulu / as applicable)
Own two-wheeler - mandatory
Android smartphone - mandatory
Willingness to do full-day field work
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: As per company CTC structure
Sales Incentive: ?4,000 per month on achievement of monthly target
Travel Allowance: ?3 per km
Daily Allowance: 75 per day
Statutory Benefits: ESI, PF, Gratuity (as applicable)
