We are a fast-growing food manufacturing company expanding our operations across Karnataka. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Officer to manage daily sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and support business growth in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory.
Identify and onboard new customers (General Trade, HoReCa, Retail, Distributors).
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular order flow.
Generate daily sales orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Achieve monthly volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
Conduct product sampling, market visits, and promotional activities.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Follow up on payments and ensure adherence to credit policies.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit logs.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / HoReCa segment.
Strong market knowledge of Bangalore territory.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reporting).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling frozen food, bakery items, snacks, or packaged foods.
Experience handling distributors and retail outlets.
