Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Promote and sell TMT bars to builders, contractors, engineers, and retailers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Track sales targets and provide regular performance.
Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities and pricing.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
Participate in promotional activities and exhibitions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in B2B or channel sales; experience in steel or building materials preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Familiarity with the local market and client base is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
