Responsible for overall secondary and tertiary in offline channel in defined territory
Execution custodian at retail outlets, taking care of merchandising, visibility, activations
Manage a team of promoters across GT / MT channel
Devise sell out plan by store classification
Create sales and operation process, SOP for smooth functioning of the channel
Responsible for managing healthy credit cycles for the channel by planning overall trade receivables
Lais between marketing & sales teams to execute world class visibility at the retail outlets
Be a part of the monthly quarterly AOP planning and execution
Manage vendors & partners
Share feedback with relevant stakeholders for better brand building In offline channel
Responsible for making a robust reporting and MIS system from sales and stock perspective
What are we looking for
Individual with 3-6 years of FMCG experience in retail execution (Merchandising / activations / visibility / driving tertiaries)
Should know local language and should have worked in Bengaluru market in MT channel
Ready to be a part of 0 to 1 journey and has ownership mindset
Work From Office role: Office based in Ulsoor, Bengaluru
