We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Officer to drive sales growth in the assigned region. The role involves business development, market expansion, and managing a small sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve business targets
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market research
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and clients
Monitor sales performance and provide training and guidance to team members
Ensure timely reporting and market feedback to management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales
Experience in team handling is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
Graduation is mandatory
