About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer with proven expertise in the gems and jewellery industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international markets, excellent client relationship management skills, and a passion for luxury products. This role involves international business development, client servicing, and sales growth through overseas travel and networking.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and retailers. Identify and explore new business opportunities across global territories. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Stay updated with international jewellery trends, competitor activities, and market insights. Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales within the gems & jewellery industry. Strong knowledge of diamonds, precious stones, and jewellery products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively abroad. Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.
