Job Description

A Sales Officer at GIC Housing Finance focuses on driving home loan business by generating leads (field visits, builder tie-ups, referrals), assisting customers with applications, ensuring compliance, meeting sales targets, and building client relationships, requiring excellent communication and local market knowledge for this front-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Actively source leads through cold calling, field work, networking, and collaborating with builders/developers.

Customer Interaction:

First point of contact for customers, assisting with loan applications, explaining products, and collecting documents.

Sales & Targets:

Meet monthly/quarterly targets for loan sanctions and disbursements, focusing on AUM (Assets Under Management).

Processing & Compliance:

Coordinate with branches/HO for smooth processing, ensure timely service, and adhere to company policies.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Market Development:

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: 12 pass

Experience: 1-6 years in sales, preferably in Home Loans, NBFCs, or Banking.

Core Skills: Field Sales, Home Loan Sales, Negotiation, Communication, Goal Orientation, Teamwork

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real estate market is a plus.

Skills:
