We are hiring a Sales Officer to handle field outreach and student acquisition across Kerala. The role involves visiting institutions, interacting with students, participating in events, building local connections, and generating quality leads for the sales team. Applicants must submit a short self-introduction video to be considered.
Responsibilities
Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per daily/weekly plans
Conduct student sessions, workshops, and career awareness activities
Build and maintain relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and local contacts
Collect accurate data from students/parents and update it in the CRM
Support offline promotional activities such as distributing brochures, posters, and standees
Develop and coordinate with local agent networks and community partners
Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and field activities
Take part in education fairs, expos, campus programs, and public events
Identify opportunities for partnerships with institutions and local businesses
Track effectiveness of visits and events based on leads and conversions
Collaborate with the Sales and Counseling teams for lead follow-up
Encourage walk-ins to centers through field activities
Maintain daily records of visits, events, and leads collected
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns and outreach activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in field sales or BTL activities
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
Ability to manage travel, events, and field activities independently
Comfortable with extensive travel and meeting monthly targets
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
Submission of a self-introduction video is mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
