Job Description

Responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying and managing sources within assigned geography. Duties include area mapping, lead generation, maintaining relationships with channel partners, attending daily huddles, and enhancing customer experience. Must maintain daily reports and ensure documentation compliance.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal, planning, and selling skills. Knowledge of home loan products, credit analysis, and KYC/legal processes. Prior experience in channel partner recruitment and customer relationship management preferred. Creativity, logic, and service orientation are a plus.
