Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals in the assigned territory.

Dealer/Retailer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.

Market Coverage: Plan and execute regular visits to potential and existing customers.

Order Management: Collect orders, process them efficiently, and ensure timely delivery coordination.

Merchandising: Ensure optimal product visibility, placement, and stock availability in stores.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and report on market trends.

Promotions: Implement trade marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduation

Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in FMCG (e.g., food, personal care, detergents).

Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet targets, excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and market analysis capabilities.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.

Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently, goal-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player.
