Position Overview - Sales Officer Saurashtra

We are hiring a

Sales Officer for Saurashtra region

covering

Rajkot, Amreli, Surendranagar, Dwarka, and Junagadh

.
The selected candidate will manage

dealer networks

, achieve

sales targets

, and strengthen Apex Agro's presence among farmers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve

monthly and annual sales targets

in assigned territory. Build and maintain strong ties with

dealers, distributors, and farmers

. Conduct

field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings

. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage. Ensure

timely payment collection

and coordinate logistics. Provide

market feedback

on competitor activities and customer needs. Maintain

daily/weekly/monthly reports

and share updates with management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Diploma / B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in fertilizer or agrochemical sales. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

. Self-driven and target-focused personality. Willingness to

travel extensively

across Saurashtra.
