Roles and Responsibilities of

1. Drive primary and secondary sales

Actively work to achieve sales targets within assigned markets.

Identify new retail opportunities and ensure effective coverage of outlets.

2. Regular retail outlet visits

Ensure product display, branding, and availability in stores.

Collect market feedback and communicate insights to management.

3. Build and maintain relationships

Develop strong rapport with retailers and distributors.

Provide ongoing support to ensure retailer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Achieve sales targets and penetration

Consistently deliver on monthly sales targets.

Expand footprint in underrepresented areas of the territory.

5. Coordinate with distribution network

Align with distributors for stock forecasting and order fulfillment. Document Version 001.01 Sales Officer

Ensure timely product availability across retail points.

6. Competitor tracking

Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and activities.

Share market intelligence and propose action plans.

7. Reporting and documentation

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Create sales presentations and performance dashboards in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

8. Credit and collections

Ensure timely payment collection from retailers.

Monitor outstanding dues and maintain credit discipline within limits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
