Position: Sales Officer

Location: Surat,Baroda, Indore and Kota

Employment Type: Full-time

SALARY- 16K TO 20 K PER MONTH + INCENTIVES+ TA/DA

EXPERIENCE : FMCG FIELD AND MIN 1-3 YEARS

Key Responsibilities:

₹ Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.

₹ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

₹ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

₹ Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.

₹ Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

₹ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

₹ Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations.

₹ Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

₹ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

₹ Proven experience in sales FMCG or a similar role.

₹ Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

₹ Proficient in MS Office .

Skills:

₹ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

₹ Strong negotiation and closing skills.

₹ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
