Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads from

construction projects

- residential, commercial, and infrastructure Meet and engage with

builders, developers, contractors, site engineers

, and purchase managers Build strong relationships and provide technical/product support where needed Monitor project progress and follow up on repeat orders Support dealer sales of binding wire, welded mesh, and chain link fencing as needed Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction Submit regular reports on visits, leads, conversions, and market activity

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

1-3 years in project sales, steel, or construction-related industries

Education:

Graduate (Civil/Mechanical preferred); MBA in Marketing is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of construction practices, BBS, and site operations is advantageous
