Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models.
Explain features, specifications, and pricing of vehicles clearly.
Conduct test drives and ensure smooth customer experience.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Negotiate pricing, finance options, and final deals to close sales.
Complete necessary documentation for booking, financing, and delivery.
Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery and coordinate with service/operations team.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated about new car models, features, promotions, and competitor offerings.
