Responsibilities- * Manage top customers and oversee business operations.

• Regularly meet with key clients to negotiate and maintain business relationships.
• Achieve sales and collection goals through effective coordination with the team, dealers, and support staff.
• Meet visibility targets set by supervisors or company guidelines
• Set and achieve weekly and monthly primary and secondary sales targets through assigned staff.
• Execute all promotional schemes and initiatives to drive sales growth.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales transactions and sales points.

Requirements- * Minimum 3+ years of experience in the salon, beauty, skincare, or haircare background.

• Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care market.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
